Hi Everyone, I'm not sure if anyone will read this or not, plus I don't normally reply to things like this but I have found a 100% guaranteed fix (well at least for me) every time it has worked, so what you want to do is perform a clean boot, it's very simple, go on to youtube and simply search how to perform a clean boot for your version of windows which can be found by
1: Holding the Windows key + R at the same time
2: 'Run' will open, type in msinfo32 and press enter
3: you'll see your version at the top
If that didn't work, Follow this:
1:click on 'File Explorer'
2: click 'This PC'
3: Right Click anywhere other than over a folder and click on properties and you'll see it under 'Windows Edition'
After you have completed a Clean boot,
1: Go on to your web browser, so 'Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge' and delete all History.
2: Press the windows key, and type %temp% and click on the folder.
3: Click Ctrl + A at the same time to highlight all files, then simply delete everything (leave what you cant delete)
4: Go to your recycle bin and delete everything
5: Click on Origin, Sign out, Create an account with any details (you wont be using this)
6: When completed ^, sign into the account on Origin, and simply start up apex, DO NOT re-download the game, it may say something like 'Download apex through Origin' Just click the cross, and start the game through the shortcut on your desktop, When the game has loaded (which it didn't do before ) wait until you are sure its working for sure so... for me its the main menu of the game,
7: Quit the game, Sign out on Origin, Sign back in with the original account, RESTART, then if needed sign back into the account or i already signed in, start up apex......
