slow download

Hi, I bought a new PC and I am downloading games from origin via Ethernet cable but at 1/10th my normal download speed. My Steam or Uplay Download speeds are around 18MB / sec but Origin is downloading everything with 1.88 MB - 2 MB Its Joke. I dont want to download game like Battlefield V 15 hours.  I dont have any Download restrictions I have it set on no Limit but its downloading only 2MB. I have every app closed so no problem here. What can i do ?
