sims 4 wont download due to insufficent drive space windows

When I'm trying to download the sims on the origin app it tell me to free up some space, but I've already done that and made space in the trash bin and it still is not work. What do I do.

@bl99b  How much space is available on each of your hard drives, if you have more than one?  On which drive are you trying to install Sims 4?
