code help for sims 3 i was trying to register all my sims packs into origin i can get all to work but 2 of them I don't know what the letter is next to W i tried S s Z and 2

I've been trying to redeem my old sims 3 expansion packs for years now and I recently started trying to get my game back but when I try to redeem the codes it says it's already been redeemed. I use to have it on my old computer but i got a new years back but have the same origin account. 

I've already lost hope but I'm so close I really just wanna play them again.

Please help! I have the Windows 10

@metalchic24  It's an S.  Having said that, you should definitely contact EA customer support for help.  You can upload those same photos and ask why the codes aren't working, and a support rep could manually add them to your account if necessary.

I also removed the photos from your post, since anyone who saw them could potentially redeem them instead of you.
