reset password

ive had to reset my password 3 times in the past month or two. i get a 'credentials expired' and i have to reset it.  i did get a second computer and i quite often switch logging in and out, does that have anything to do with it? is there any way around this? thanks

i'm wondering if the password database is being deleted.

What is also unusual, is that you can use the same password when you change it.
That is not normal
