Hello.

I downloaded Fifa 20 on my new Xbox Series X last night, and I can't seem to get it to play online. Every time it says that my account needs password reset. I can't login to my Old EA account because 1. I don't remember it, an 2. My previous Xbox Live whom the EA Account was originally connected to was hacked, so it got a new email address etc. I don't get the option to login to an other EA user. It just try to recconect every time with an account that doesn't exist.. What do I do??

To  speak with a chat or phone adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
