It simply refuses to sign in by stating :

"Sign in failure

Sign in is currently unavailable. Please try again later."

on the browser. And on the program it does sign in, but nothing ever loads, it perpetually stays on the store screen but the gray blocks never load any thumbnails. I cannot progress through there.
