Getting this error after a looong time of waiting to login, I don't know why I have the bad luck that whenever I get some free time to play I get an issue with Origin.

@Valadenthys @ALPHAR00FDIER and @Educeatuz  It looks like Origin is working again, after being down for an hour or two.  Try to sign in again now, and clear Origin's cache if you can't get in.

I am experiancing the same problem. I cannot load my game library up. Also I cannot buy anything. The origin says there is an error connecting to Origin. I sent them an error report but I don't know if it will going be solved soon or not. Also we asked a local cafe if origin is working or not they said that it is working which makes me more confused.

try a reboot and EA server seem to be back now.

After I change the loggin mail address (not account name),my game library comes back now and my problem is resolved.

I've been having this problem for months now, on the first week i thought it was just a matter of time but then, after not finding any solution I just gave up, and I went to try it again today, but... the same problem happened - (Apologies for the inconvenience, we’re currently unable to retrieve your list of games. This problem happened to me so I created a new password and it fixed the problem! Hope this helps.
