Get Account is Invalid error when trying to log in to Apex Legends on xbox. EA app also will not launch. All I get is a grey screen. None of the solutions in the Answers HQ have rectified the problem. How do I fix this?

Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.

Hey @ronin0929 can you try resetting your Origin password and then log in again to see if you see the same issue?

I also get the error "Account is Ineligible" when trying to link Xbox Live.

Stop telling people to go to your fourms and help pages they are useless just admit this is a another standard EA scam to lock people out off accounts so they re purchase .... So many people with this issue yet not a single one of your team wants to help ..

No they don't they tell you to refer to the fourm or somthing then tell you to reset your password which doesn't work then they tell you they can't assist you further, I've lost hundreds of pounds in skins and season passes and nothing is being done ! This is a joke EA should be ashamed
