origin will not launch [ Edited ]

Purchased BF V, downloaded and installed origin.  Had it before but not installed in a while.  Origin would sort of start, and running in task manager, but not launching to screen, and was maxing out my cpu.  Waited for a while, and nothing.  Reinstalled several times , ran as admin, etc. still nothing. and yes I have searched and have fixed what other people have said about the c++
