origin white screen

every time I press origin on my Mac to go play the sims, it takes longer then usual to load then the window is white. please help! using the origin reset tool did not work for me.

@xxxDextarrr  Do you have a proxy enabled?  If so, disable it; here's how to check:

If that doesn't help, try doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of Origin, as described here:
