When I open Origin app all i get is a few greyed out boxes. Please see attached photo for information.
I can select items from the toolbar at the top. The ones with an action that take me to the web page work. The ones with an in app action result in no change.
I have restarted program. No change.
I have deleted and reinstalled program. No change.
I have attached the following;
A capture of the display as it appears.

Please advise any other information required to resolve this issue.

You can clear the Origin Cache by following the steps below:

Did you ever receive a fix for this? Mine is currently doing this and I've tried everything I can think of, including uninstalling and reinstalling origin, but nothing works.

@kaitandnina Try running the Origin reset tool for macs. It removes the cache files plus other data that doesn't typically get deleted.

@EA_Darko I had the same problem and I followed your instructions but now the origin app won't launch when I click on it.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Melonasaurus. Can I ask you to check it Origin is running in the background and if so would you mind taking a couple of minutes to go through the following steps:

You need to try the steps I have posted above @Ahmedd_Mostafa. Start by clearing the Origin Cache ensuring that you follow the steps exactly.
