i purchased the sims 4 through origin on my mac but there was no product code in the email confirmation.  the application tells me there are no games in my library and when i login online it just redirects me to the app.  any solutions?

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @nickilit.

 

Can I ask you to open your My Game Library and ensure that you do not have any filters enabled?

 

If this is the case then can you ensure that you are logged into the correct account? It is quite common that people end up with multiple Origin accounts bur don't realise it.

 

If none of that helps then you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

 

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

 

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
