Hey Guys! When I launch rivals, a pop-up from Origin appears. It says that some of the settings on my account are restricted and I can't play the game until they are changed. Any solutions?

Just to be sure - on which platform are you trying to launch the game? I took a quick look at your account and it seems that you have the game on Xbox One, not PC, like your Origin comment suggested.
If I am correct, I would suggest to check your privacy settings to make sure that you're not using an underage Xbox account.

But for some reason, the game keeps freezing and lags whenever I try to launch the game. In other words, it won't let me play the game at all.
