myamoo2005 non existant connectivity on sims4

My daughter can not gain connectivity whilst on sim4 

We've contacted apple support and they have made sure it is compatible with the mac she is using and this has never occurred before she purchased a new game from you yesterday

Please can you help with this as soon as possible
