my origin will not load

I have installed and uninstalled origin multiple times and each time I have the same problem: origin won

t fully load. I don't know what it is but It just wont load up.

Do you get a specific error when you launch it up or does it not launch up at all when you click on it in Origin? One of the most common reasons Origin doesn't launch is due to an anti-virus or firewall that's restricting it. Be sure to add Origin to your anti-virus exceptions list. Right-clicking on Origin and running as administrator should help too.

@Coccentrone  Troubleshooting Origin in macOS is a bit different.  Start by running the Origin reset tool:

If that doesn't help, do a clean uninstall, and when you reinstall, don't allow the beta version to run.  Here's how to clean uninstall Origin:

@guy729  I'm not great with troubleshooting Origin in Windows, but you can try clearing its cache, and if that doesn't help, uninstalling "the hard way" and reinstalling.
