my files wont pepare

i downloaded apex a long time ago tried to uninstall it first by my control panel the by origin both said the files were corrupt so i uninstalled origin now i am trying to uninstall again i stated with app data but i am getting a file error so i reinstalled origin but it was stuck at 8.62gb for a half a hour how can i uninstall what is going on also i can no longer find the files

Can you share the exact error message that you are seeing?

From what you have said it sounds like something could be blocking Origin, as such you would need to ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.
