missing update Case 72373974

Hi,

I have opened case 72373974  and i just need to know the current status it has been in progress for long time I was opened it at 04th of January around 2 weeks ago can someone please check and advise if it still in queue or under investigation ...when i opened it first time I didn't receive mail to notify me that case was opened is this normal I am afraid if that case wasn't forwarded or wasn't processed is it normal to no get any update for 2 weeks my account was banned and i can not know why till now ...Thanks
