• vcredist_x86_vs2015 (for 32bit Windows version)
• vcredist_x64_vs2015 (for 64bit Windows version) so what do I do?

@PugsCorgiGaming  You need to download and install them from Microsoft.  Since you're installing new copies anyway, go ahead and grab the newer (2019) versions:

You need both x86 and x64 if you have a 64-bit operating system.

there is no installation folder as it wont install bc of this in the first place

If you're running windows from mac. just drag the download to the  bootcamp folder, then double click the download. Should open up
