low downloadspeed

I keep getting low downloadspeed. I get around 11 MB / second when I download games on Origin. I tried R&D mode but it still didn't change anything. I also don't have a VPN on and I use ethernet. This is an Origin problem since I'm getting 100 MB / second on steam and websites and other apps.

Best thing to do @51Percentage is take a couple of minutes and try the following steps please:

• Disable all background programs on your system (including Steam). You can also do this with a clean boot
• Temporarily disconnect all other devices that you don't need from your network
• Use a wired connection
• Make sure Origin is accepted in your anti-virus and firewall
• You can also try using Safe Mode Downloading via Origin which is under Application Settings, Advanced
