lost players randomly

so i was playing the hazard event and i was about to get the real betis cb and i got him and before that i had gotten hierro and madrid icon anyways when i saw doing this and as a joke i was gonna make a team with some players from the zidane event and then when i get half way through my game crashes and some how my 92 henry 90 ribery and 91 romalgini ( the cb from millan in world tour ) disapear from my inventory idk how but they disappear and now i just want my players back
