lost game but redeemed

I bought Simcity game i put code of game to origin everything was correct i closed that window but the game wasnt there and i cant see any picture. 2 games are useless for now do you know whats with that please a lot thanks

Hey @DosterMlol,  it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

@EA_Darko hello i seem to be having the same problem i purchase 2 bundles but the game packs starwars didnt come out and my stuff pack.. please help me solve this issue its in complete. my files says it is installed but not in the game proper
