log in issue

it wont allow me me to log into origin says currently unavailable so i cant use my new codes to add stuff and i cant log in pls fix it been a week now!! im using a PC theres nowhere to ask for help!

Could you please try out the following troubleshooting steps:

• Close Origin completely by right clicking the Origin system tray icon and selecting Exit.
• Make sure Time/Date is correctly set on the PC
• Make sure Origin is authorized by your anti-virus and firewall
• Reset Internet Explorer Settings
• Clear Origin Cache Data
• Reset the Windows Host File
• Reboot your computer. Now right-click Origin and select Run as administrator
• If still unresolved, please do a clean boot

The support team will send you a generic response and close your support ticket.  They dont seem to care about consumers, call corporate and complain and then switch to another gaming title other than EA. I can recommend alot of other fun games outside of EA.
