link account button won't work [ Edited ]

I am trying to link my EA account to my nintendo switch but when I go to press 'Link account' the button will not work and nothing happens

have tried several emails and restarted it etc....

any suggestions?

Hey all, when linking the account on the Switch can you ensure that you are pressing the A button on the controller and not using the touch screen.
