so I bought sims 4 a while ago and then stopped playing but now when I try to play it wont let me and I checked my library and it's not there anymore. it keeps telling me it sent me a email with a code but I'm not getting. is it because I unsubscribed from origin's emails?

Hey @TJjoker2006 if you are not getting emails such as the verification ones then please speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

Click on your product Origin
Then select 'PC
Manage my Account'
Can't log in
Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
