Hey @annie3119,

 

If this is for an EA Play subscription set up through Origin, you should be able to check it or make changes through the website here.

 

If that's giving you any issues, please do go through the steps An_Old_ODST has kindly provided, as we're not able to make these changes on the forums. An advisor should be able to help sort this out.

Hello there @annie3119 ,

 

Your best bet is to get in contact with an EA Game Advisor. That way they can see what is going on with your account and help you toward a fix.

 

Here's How to get in contact with an EA Game Advisor:

1. Navigate to EA Help.

2. Click Contact Us at the top of the page.

3. Choose Origin as your Product.

4. Choose PC as your Platform.

5. Under 'Topic' select Manage my Account.

6. Under 'Issue' select Manage Memberships.

7. Click the Blue Select Contact Option Button at the the bottom of the page.

8. This will give you the option to request a Live Chat or Call. Explain your situation and they will walk you through fixing the issue.
