i forgot my password to the helper tool thing

@Bluebellflora Thanks. I'm aldo waiting to hear back from Apple Support so i can reset my mac user password. At the moment my password when i log in from restarting doesn't work even if i log out, but when i restart completely it works again. If i get the password sorted i think the helper tool will install! Thanks.

@_Mclaenmc20  Are you entering the admin password for your Mac?  If you are, and it's not working, please run the Origin reset tool for macOS:

https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/

Restart your computer, and try to install or update Origin again.
