i finally got origin to launch but then this happened

my sims 4 is saying its verifying game files but when you look at the time remaining it says 0h 0m 0s remaining and its been at 0% for the past 4 hours... help!!

This can occur @nicoleeeea when your anti-virus or firewall is blocking Origin.

The best thing to do is go ahead and disable both and then see if it allows The Sims 4 to finish installing. If it works then you just need to add an exception for Origin and your games to both.

If it does not work then let us know and we will take it from there.
