ı cant find my product code

ı sent my game to a portable  harddisk but ı cant open it. Origin asks me to enter my product code but ı can find it. It has not been sent to me. ıt says 'to play displayname field missing from registry, you must first activate it on your EA account' help me

Have you made sure that you're logged into the correct EA account? 

If you can see the game in your Origin library, please try to use the repair option first. And remember that you can always check the activation code of any product in the game properties tab (left-click on the cover of the game to show it).
