hello all,
I have seen a few origin questions but not one like mine...i'm trying to download it on my laptop but I keep getting the following pop up, how do I fix this? The pop up says the following: The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCO140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem
I mainly don't know what program is messed up?

@JellyBugggg That file is part of the 2015 VC++ runtimes, which Origin needs to install properly. It's best to uninstall your current copies, if you have any, and then download new ones from Microsoft. Hit Windows key-i, select Apps, scroll down to the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributables, click on both the x86 and x64 entries (if you have them), and select Uninstall. You can download new copies here. Be sure to install both the x86 and x64 versions.

Restart your computer, and try to install Origin again.
