Hi
how do I get to contact a manager and fill in a compaint?
I had my account hacked and I was unaware of it, checking my email I had log in on

I had an email from EA regarding a one week ban on BF1. I reply to the email stating that I wasn't playing the game at the time. I had no reply from you.
Time pass, and I had a full ban on the 16 Oct I reply to them said that I wasn't playing the game but again I was ignored and not had acess to game.
I contacted paypall and given them the full information of this case and as I bought a DLC I was in able to get a refund.
now I am banned on all other game.
I have been asking EA to file formal complain and to have a contact with one of their managers but they are refusing any responsibility.
Please check the attachment. (I also have another case been open regarding the same issue)
