got banned for no reason im mad pls help me

i got banned for nothing in bfv i was joining a friend and after 5 secobss ive got a bann message tjat i canot use any online features. but why i only joined a friend i didnt have programs or so. so why ea banned me for no reasons in bfv its like 5 hours ago im mad and dissapointed at the same time. pls help me someone. it cant be real that i got banned for only joining a friend.

2. Select Origin as the product.
3. Select your platform.
4. Select “Manage my account” as the topic.
5. Select “Banned or suspended account” as the issue.
6. Compose a new massage to ToS team.
7. The ToS team will investigate your account in few days.

@Indigojack16 i allready did that 2 times but theres no response from the support
