fifa asks to redeem again

i redeemed my fifa 21 in october and used to play it for 3 months now suddenly whenever i try to login it asks me o redeem it once again but when i try to put the code it says it is associated with other account

Hey @kingpsr it sounds like you have multiple EA accounts and are logged in on a secondary one. The best way to find out if this is the case is to open Origin and then hit forgot password. You can then enter any email address you may have here and see if a password reset is sent to it
