Hi @REPAWH
I think you need to follow this steps, you have several solutions that will solve your issue http://answers.ea.com/t5/Origin/Battlefield-1-Ultimate-Edition-Error-327683-0/td-p/5636356
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
If you want to know us or/and come up with ideas to improve the Origin platform or/and talk about anything and many more besides, you could also visit the NEW section Origin General Discussion http://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/bd-p/origin-general-discussion-en

Logging in and out worked for me. But it is pretty bad that years after that the issue first came up, it still isnt fixed. Like, tell me what to do when i get the error through origin instead of giving me a random error code without telling me what that error code means or is related to.

SOLUTION
I had this problem when moving Sims 4 from one hard drive to another.
I the error occurred when I chose to "Download" the game and selected the actual install folder "D:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4". The problem was the installer automatically created a folder inside of the folder I chose, so it was using "D:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\The Sims 4".
When I only selected the "Origin Games" folder, the install worked fine and discovered my existing files.
Hope this helps someone save the 2 hours I've been messing around with this....seems like an error message that is actually useful would easily solve this problem. Thanks EA...

The problem is the antivirus / UAC, just disable the antivirus / UAC and restart origin
