Origin won't install, with error 20:99 happening.

This error typically indicates a network issue of some sort which is preventing Origin from being installed. Going through these steps should help out:

• Flush your DNS
• Reset your host files
• Switch to Google public DNS

Hello, 

I "fixed" the error by clicking the cross to close the origin window, then on the "are you sure you want to cancel download" (or something like that) window clicked "no" which led me back to the download window and then for some reason the download started without issues.
I doubt this trick did anything DNS-wise so it is probably an issue with origin itself in my humble opinion. I still have a fair amount of disconnections with ea origin while in game (fifa21) tho.
