dragon age origins quits with no error

I am running Acer Predator 900 with i-7 processor, GeForce 2080 with new drivers.  DA:O will load, but when I try to start a new game, the game quits with no errors.I have loaded the newest physx driver as well as the physx legacy driver, still quits when I try to start a new game.

Forgot to add; I have also added the game to virus exception list; also tried to run in admin mode. I can go into options and make any changes I'd like; but cannot start a new game.

Hey @kendry1 can you try running the game in compatibility mode to see if you see the same issue?

 ran in compatibility mode and had the same issue. Game loaded fine, got to the main screen with no problems.  Tried to start a new game and the screen changed to the loading screen and then just stopped running. I also went back in and tried changing to reduced color mode but had the same results. dxdiag results are attached and thank you.
