download with origin

ok i still cannot not understand the slow downloads with origin. I am downloading now with bf1 and it will take anywhere from 16 to 19 hours why in my mind there should be no reason for this any help or ideal on this

Hey @lcw316 if you are seeing an issue with slow downloads then can you try the following steps:

• Disable all background programs on your system (including Steam). You can also do this with a clean boot
• Temporarily disconnect all other devices that you don't need from your network
• Use a wired connection
• Make sure Origin is accepted in your anti-virus and firewall
