download error. it downloads to 99% and goes back to 36%

sooo i'm downloading this game for around 6 hours now there is one BIG problem i download the game to 99% then it shuts down my internet and goes back in and the download goes to 36% and this keeps happening once i got it to fully downloaded then i get this error (10.904) Unknown file Version (audio\ship\general_english.mstr) and when i repaired the game it fully removed the game from my computer and had to install it again and once im installin it comes the 99% back to 36% problem idk what i can do since there aint any error messages

It's possible an anti-virus is conflicting with the download. We've seen this before where it swings back and forth in percentage. Try a clean boot and then immediately launch Origin by right-clicking on the shortcut on your desktop and select run as administrator.
