crysis 3 DLC not downloading

Origin will not download Crysis 3 lost island dlc claiming i do not have enough storage but if you take a look at these pictures you will see that is wrong as the 2nd picture says i have enough storage i have also uninstalled & reinstalled origin uninstalled all my origin games disabled all software uninstalled my antivirus my HDD is set to NTFS so that's also not the problem so any ideas?
