hey, I've been having this issue for a while now i don't know if it is because of my mac or not but this is what it said
please help to fix this issue i don't wanna create another account because I've spent so much money on that account
btw i did put my password correctly, i even changed it. i also haven't log into origin for about a month + sims 4 is the only game i play on that account

I've been having the same problem as well I had to make another acc just to type on here I don't own the email of the acc(I use my older sister's) i'm using and I don't want to start over considering all the money I spent towards the sim 4,so what do I do if I don't have access to the email of the acc ?
