coding needed for download?!

Hi! everytime I try to go into origin, it says download required. Ive been trying for 2 days man, it's just sims 4 I've loaded the game and unloaded the game a million times, and am about to use it as a frisbee and sail it through the yard! I've gotten a code emailed to me, did it, and still nothing. I know it can't possibly be this hard?! Also, how the heck do you load the game itself into your library? lol...thank you for any help!

Hey @javahousebrew can you share the error message that you are seeing as they generally contain info that allows us to narrow down the cause of an issue.
