cant play any games on xbox, credentials are invalid/expired

so about 5 months ago my xbox account was hacked, so i transferred all my stuff onto a new account and the old one got deleted. now the problem is, or what i THINK it is, all my ea games like battlefield, mirrors edge catalyst etc are all logged into an ea account, but when i check both my ea accounts none of them are connected to an xbox account. so i think because i transferred all my data to a new account, the games still think im logged into my old account so they expect me to be able to change the password on the account theyre connected to. but they arent connected to any ea accounts and theres no way i can log them out. How do i log into a new ea account on xbox within a game?? will i lose all my progress?

just realised thats kinda hard to understand so:

Got hacked on xbox

EA games still think im on my old xbox account

they want me to change the password but when i do it does nothing cus my xbox account isnt connected to an ea one

i cannot log into a new ea account on my xbox
