cannot use code to install

I'm trying to reinstall my sims 4 after sometime of now playing it, it won't accept the code that came with it. It goes to the confirm page with your email etc then comes back and says it isn't valid! 

I thought you were able to reuse the same code to reinstall?

@pixelchick85  You don't need to input the code again.  In fact, it won't work a second time, since it's already been used (by you, the first time you installed).  Just login to the same Origin account that you originally used while installing Sims 4, and the game should appear in your Origin library.  You can download it directly from there, no need for a disc or code.
