I realize this post is old, but just in case someone stumbles across this, this is what worked for me.  After clearing the Origin cache and deleting and reinstalling Origin and logging in STILL didn't work, I went on the official EA website and logged in there, and then I was finally able to log into Origin.  I hope this helps!
