hello I have a code for sims 3 I had used it on my old profile but I can no longer log onto it username catdog2000

it said it may nolonger exist so I made a new profile and tried to use the code *****

so I could play the game but it wont work as its been used I would like to ask is there anything you can do to help me with that

If you have a problem to login to the Acc, where your CD was entered. I would recommend contacting our customer Support from EA help
