can't update my sims 4 game.

I keep trying to update my sims 4 game and Origin isn't letting me.  I've tried repairing my game, but it keeps giving me errors.  I've also tried uninstalling both Origin and the game, and now I can't even reinstall the game.  It's giving me a download error that says "We're sorry, Origin was unable to download your game. Please check your internet connection, or try again later."  My wifi is at full bars, so I'm not sure what I should do.  Any suggestions?

Hey @Cats123103 this error can point to an issue with something blocking Origin or the game, the first thing to do is ensure that the firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.
