buy the game but origin still stay i don't have it!!!

Unable to lauch Sims 4 by Origin since i stop my eaplay membership. I buy the game 03-08-2020 (commande #100423252) but it still said than i must buy it on origin.. Yesterday i was able to open it with the icon on my desktop, now nothing work!!! Help me please!!!

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
