I used to play everything normal, I was angry at the team, now I don't know if I was banished for vocabulary, and even though I did once I just said an ugly word. Why am I banished

I’m also giving the steps to contact ToS team:

1. Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
2. Select Origin as the product.
3. Select your platform.
4. Select “Manage my account” as the topic.
5. Select “Banned or suspended account” as the issue.
6. Compose a new massage to ToS team.
7. The ToS team will investigate your account in few days.

I got this email today where it says I cheated or used some software that harms other players. But I just don't know what software, I played like every time, if I used, I'd use it from the beginning, and I'm on a 171 Level account. So I don't really know, all I have to do is wait.
