This issue is caused by running an out of date VC++ installation @Scorpion66Toby. It can be resolved by manually running the installer from the Origin installation folder - the default location for this folder is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin
From this folder, run one of both files:
If you get the message that the files are already installed, select Repair instead. It is recommended to run the installer as administrator (right-click the file, select run as admin).
You can also find the latest files on the Microsoft website:

Hey @Scorpion66Toby can you try downloading the latest VC++ from the link I shared above?
The error: 327684:1 does generally point to an issue with the install of VC++ but in case there is something else going on let's try disabling both your anti-virus and firewall and then launching Origin as an administrator to see if it makes a difference.
Let me know how you get on.

Well.I install the CORRECT VERSION of all of the Visual C++ files and I managed to get Anthem downloaded....but nothing happens when I launch it...but PROCESS MANAGER shows it is ACTIVE...
I have MASS EFFECT ANDROMEDIA on the same drive and it works just fine.
I check all the firewall and anti-virus stuff
I just dont get it.............

Hey @Scorpion66Toby based on the error the best thing to do is a clean install of your drivers.
As I mentioned above, is it possible to grab me a DxDiag so that I can take a look at your system?
