Good day, folks.
A support advisor instructed me to post my issue in the forum.
I am trying to purchase BF1 on Origin with the ongoing sale, and it shows the purchase price as 4.99€ instead of 4.99$. United States citizen and current resident.
Thank you.

UPDATE: the issue seems to have been resolved now. I could see the correct currency, and went ahead with my purchase.
Not sure if it was a system glitch that resolved on its own or something the support staff tweaked, either way, thank you very much.

Hey @liolp808
Can I ask if you're using any VPN or dynamic IP?
Do you see the price in wrong currency on both, Origin application and website? Have you tried to clear Origin cache already?
Thanks in advance for replying!

Hello @EA_Ataashi,
I am not using VPNs and I believe we have a static IP at home (I am not 100% sure).
I see the price in wrong currency on both the website and Origin application.
Tried clearing the cache on both my browser and for the Origin application, to no avail.
I must add that due to my job requirement, I do travel to Europe frequently, but never had this issue before.
Thank you.

I only bought Battlefield 4. It has been a while but I am almost certain I got it in dollars.
Thank you.
